Goal :

KolDor’s work falls into three primary, interconnected areas: network, ideas, and action. These themes support and build upon one another, and will ultimately allow KolDor to reach its objective of strengthening the Jewish People and its communities through strengthening Jewish Peoplehood.

Need :

The younger generation in the Jewish world needs more than a memory of the Holocaust and negative connotation of anti-Semitism to connect to their people. Jewish identity today is evolving from the 20th century to encompass action in this world and Tikkun Olam.

Israel is coming of age, and the dependent relation to the Jewish world and the US is no longer as relevant as it was over the first 50 years of Israel`s existence. The paradigm is now changing to create a single global people rather than "the Israelis" and "the Diaspora". Zionist Hagshama being redefined to allow Jews from all over the world to contribute their skills to the betterment of Israel from their own locales.

KolDor has led this paradigm shift and continues to take the leading role, both theoretically and conceptually, in strengthening and furthering Jewish Peoplehood worldwide.

Uniqueness :

Through its network and paradigm of collaboration, KolDor has set the framework to provide answers and responses to these imperative issues facing the Jewish People today.

KolDor is the leader in bringing Jewish Peoplehood to the forefront of Jewish discussion, as can be seen by many major Jewish institutions creating sessions specifically related to Peoplehood in their conferences and assemblies (the Jewish Agency for Israel and the World Jewish Congress are but a few examples). As this discussion evolves KolDor will continue to provide innovative ideas and actions for the Jewish world, helping to ease the Jewish People into the modern day.

Vision\Mission:

To strengthen and further evolve Jewish Peoplehood by connecting diverse Jewish leaders and activists from around the globe and enhancing their capacity to act.

  Goal :

KolDor’s work falls into three primary, interconnected areas: network, ideas, and action. These themes support and build upon one another, and will ultimately allow KolDor to reach its objective of strengthening the Jewish People and its communities through strengthening Jewish Peoplehood.

  Uniqueness :

KolDor is a pluralistic, a-political network which has forged a vision for building a new global agenda and inspiring action on behalf of the Jewish People. The diverse membership, combined with a collective passion for the Jewish future has yielded powerful results. From bringing the notion of Peoplehood to the forefront of Jewish conversations to creating a Jewish Social Action Month where thousands across the world commit to doing acts of Tikkun Olam during the month of Cheshvan, KolDor has already had tremendous impact.

KolDor builds bridges throughout the Jewish world, inspiring the paradigm of collaboration over competition, and encouraging younger leadership within organizations and institutions worldwide. By collaborating with and advising global Jewish institutions, KolDor is effectively leading the Jewish world into the new paradigm of connectedness through the utilization of modern technology and globalization.
