Vision\Mission: |
The Haifa Center for Learning Enhancement was founded in 1989 to assure that all learning disabled youngsters in Haifa will fulfill their potential to contribute to our city and our society. It is the only center in Haifa that is completely open to all those who knock on its doors: Jews, Arabs, secular or religious, the Israeli-born and the new comers, the children of rich families and those less fortunate.
| |
Goal : |
The HAIFA Center for learning enhancement center and its 4 branches specialize in diagnosing and treating youth with complicated learning disabilities, and offer them and their families the appropriate response to their academic, emotional, social, and domestic difficulties
| |
Uniqueness : |
The Learning Enhancement Centers provide a one stop all inclusive service for their clients with treatment modalities including: Remedial math and reading programs, Occupational, Speech, creative arts and movement therapies and psychological help. The Haifa Learning Enhancement Center is the only one in Israel that treats Jews and Arabs, secular and religious, the Israeli-born and the new comers, the children of rich families and those less fortunate. We give priority to the less advantaged members of the Israeli population. The Center runs a network of five centers located in the greater Haifa area.
